You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, which govern your use of the platform. As we grow, we reserve the right to update these guidelines at any time to better serve the collective; your continued use of the service signifies your agreement to these evolving standards.
Community Membership & Privacy
The Grove is a community for individuals aged 16 and older. By joining, you certify that you meet this age requirement. We prioritize your anonymity; the use of pseudonyms and avatars is encouraged. While we require a valid email and date of birth for security and compliance, your data is not a product. We do not sell personal information to third parties. However, because women's health is under-researched, we may eventually partner with vetted scientific institutions to help bridge the gap in medical knowledge. In these cases, any data shared will be strictly de-identified in accordance with industry standards to ensure anonymity, stripping away names and emails so researchers see only anonymized health trends. This will be an explicit opt-in process; your data will only be included if you grant permission in your settings.
The Rules of the House (Our IP)
All original logos, editorial content from "The Grove Journal," and the unique structure of our digital "shelves" are the exclusive intellectual property of The Grove. You may not scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of this platform. While you retain ownership of your reviews, by posting on The Grove, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to our community.
Code of Conduct
To maintain the peace of the Grove, we require that all members act with:
Radical Empathy: Fostering an environment free from harassment, judgment, or discriminatory language.
Privacy Protection: Respecting the boundaries of fellow members by keeping shared health stories within this community.
Absolute Authenticity: We prohibit "hidden" sponsorships. Any compensation for a product review must be clearly disclosed. We reserve the absolute right to terminate any account, without notice, that violates these core values or compromises the safety of the sanctuary.

Data Residency: Your data may be stored on secure servers located outside of your home country (such as the US). By using the platform, you acknowledge that your information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Security & Breach: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your privacy. In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law.
Age of Consent: This platform is for individuals aged 16 and older. If we discover a user is under 16, we reserve the right to delete their data and terminate the account immediately.
