Most of us navigate our health in the cracks of the internet, skimming TikTok or Instagram and weeding through sponsored ads or generic Amazon reviews, hoping to find one person who actually relates to our experience. But health is not one size fits all. A five star rating from an anonymous stranger does not tell you if a product will work for your PMOS, your low iron, or just your body in general.
Join our missionWhy I Built This
Hi I am Nawal Hamza. I started The Grove because I was done with the countless trial and error cycle. For too long we have been conditioned to believe our health pains are independent burdens we have to solve in isolation. I do not think they are. I wanted to build a sanctuary — a Grove — where our collective insight becomes our greatest medicine.
The Solution
Think of The Grove as Goodreads for Women's Health. It is a digital library to track the supplements, apps, general products and devices that actually improved your health.
Context is Everything: Unlike anonymous review sites, every recommendation here comes with a social profile. Meaning your profile is just as valuable as the product you are rating or commenting under. You can see the condition tags, the age range, and the lived experience of the woman behind the review.
Community Driven: Follow health twins who share your concerns. When one woman finds a solution, the whole community moves forward.
What We Stand For
The gap in women's health is large. But when women share openly and support each other honestly, it gets smaller. What we share, grows.
A space where women show up for each other. Your circle here is built on trust, shared experience, and the quiet relief of finally finding someone who gets it.
Say it honestly. Your reviews, your drops, your personal posts — all of it matters. Real conversation is the whole point.
Your shelf is a living record of what worked and what did not. The people you follow shape your feed and your discoveries. The more you put in, the more it gives back.
The Grove is the sister platform to The Grove Journal, my Substack newsletter. While The Grove Journal explains the social implications of the women's health gap, the research, and the personal tips, The Grove shows you what actually works in real life. Together they form a complete ecosystem for women who want trusted peer recommendations from those who actually get it.
